Exciting K&c News From West Coaster!!! (1 Viewer)

If there is one thing Figarti must improve drastically it is the quality of the pictures on their website. Steven Chongs pictures make me want to collect Figarti their own pictures are not very flattering and really undersell their product

I think that's a constant problem. The pictures don't do them justice.

The more talk the better.

Well

I guess thats another example of why KING AND COUNTRY is the WORLD LEADER of all toy soldiers. People come to this thread to discuss other compaines - because this is where all the people are.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm - Makes you wonder - I do feel sorry for them - King and Country and their superior product is hard to match up to. Its a shame that they have have a discussion on the popular thread to be able to discuss their product.

That should get it going - huh?

Ron :D

Let's not go there. They all make fine products. The Figarti Stuart is a great product. I'm going to be getting one of their Tigers soon. HB, we all know what they can do. Great products from all three companies.

Maybe Ron should have another look at the Patriot Nappy line :)

Hey guys,

I bought this Vietnam era USMC 105MM Howitzer set yesterday. It's pretty cool and the gun elvates and recoils. What an improvement in the figures too.

June '07 will be more DD sets: U.S. glider troops, more personality figures, some surprises. July '07 will be more German sets but Andy did not want to specifically disclose anything tonight.

Would those surprises be the Recistance fighters that in a previous thread you showed us photos of???:D;):)

The Figarti figures just don't do it for me. Something very stiff about the poses.

Me too, i don't mean to be disrespectful but i thought their Brit paras are awful. There tanks may be superb but the figures just don't cut it.

The SAS Jeep is a must have for me. It will complement my K&C LRDG and SAS diorama.

I think Figarti's figures are improving. They are no where near the quality of K&C and Honour Bound's figures yet, but they have taken several steps forward since the debut of the company only about 3 years ago. Remember, K&C has been doing this since 1984, and while "Honour Bound" is a new name, its owners have been making excellent figures for years as Beau Geste. I think Rick and his Dad deserve a lot of credit for coming so far so fast. That being said, they need to keep improving, because the figures are still stiff and not nearly as lifelike as the competition's.

You are right of course, they are still evolving and we should give them a chance.Do you think the SAS jeep will work size wise with K&C, because if it does i'll take a couple?.
