The Hobby Bunker Newsletter reports that the FlaK gun has been pushed back to mid-May. What happened?:(

Would rather it pushed back and released in perfect condition that released with flaws and going through hassles of returns etc.

no problem with me here. That gives me more time to generate funds for this gun ^&grin .

It never fails for me...I'll find something else to spend it on, then scramble in May...such is my hobby ^&grin

Our Dealer newsletter sent on April 19th:

All,

I write this note from sunny Shenzehn were the temperature is a balmy 82 degrees.

In China this year, following the end of Chinese new year, things were especially brutal for the factories in regards to employees not returning to the factory line. This has held up our container. However I am very pleased to report that our vessel is scheduled to leave in 10 days. Hence we will begin shipping all of the 88 guns, RHA and 5th New York on May 15th.

Now some news:

Berlin 1938

I have some rather good news. Re-orders on the Berlin 1938 leaders and Hitler Office will also be complete and arrive with the container. But they are VERY limited and it will be the last run for some time. The offices are at 75 sets and they are on a first come first serve basis with half of them reserved already. Also we will have full restock on all of the 1938 Guards and Marchers.

Chasseur A’ Cheval

I bear even more good news ( it just never ends! ). We ran 50 sets of the previous sold out Chasseur A’ Cheval! So we have now around 50 complete sets that will be also available for order as well. This of course are the very last of them: but I know they were incredible popular so that should be quite welcome news as well.

This container, as per usual, contains two catalogs. So the next release is scheduled for July: and it will not be late as it will be in Austin in three weeks with the container. So don’t try to anticipate lateness on the next release, there won’t be.

As you all have discovered in the last 12 months TCS products sell very well. We are now expanding our ranges and our factories: We now have a total of four factories that we are working with. New ranges are already at those factories.

PRODUCT RUNS ARE LIMITED AND AS YOU ALL HAVE EXPERIENCED ITEMS ARE SELLING OUT, TOO FAST IN MANY CASES. PLEASE ORDER QUANTITIES THAT WILL LAST AS RE-ORDING ITEMS AT THE FACTORY IS GETTING MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT.

Brace yourselves for some very exciting releases and news in the following months.

Hope all are well: onward!

Kind regards,

Brian

Nice of Brian to bring us into the loop, never mind waiting providing I have a date to work to. Cheers, Robin.

It's good to know there is still several weeks yet before the 88's arrive. Planning time at least for this one.

Been told today there on there way {sm3}

Wooo Hooo !:D
I received the latest CS newsletter over the weekend and spent a bit of time drooling over the winter set pics. I'm ready for it.

This one sounds like a no brainer purchase once they become available !

I'm betting this one goes fast. Certainly not the reason I want it, there's just something about the '88 that makes it a 'must have' for my collection and CS seems to have built a great set.

Anyone heard whether these have landed anywhere, seem to have gone missing in action. Cheers, Robin
