I thought I would post some pic's of me AK gear. It also includes pic's of me new "repainted" Famo recovery vehicle which was repainted by the famous John "obee" in Perth Oz.

Regards

Fantastic collection, one of the best AK scenes I've seen, thanks for posting.

Tom,

nice looking dispay you have there....

The wrecker repaint fits in nicely with all the other vehicles, and I'm glad that Ii was able to match the K&C paint style with that one.

Thanks for sharing your collection with us,

John

Very nice collection, I think its time I got some german africa figures & vehicles for my Africa dio!

Craig

Very nice collection Tom; the AK in all its glory

Thanks John, yeah the "wrecker" does work in nicely with the other vehicles. Regarding the paint style, I have been meaning to ask you but what type of paint did you use? Was it a Tamiya Desert Yellow?

Tom

Awsome collection & display.{bravo}}

Thanks for the comments guys, I have a few more AK items but they don't fit on the display bench. I'll post some pic's of them at a later date.

That AK armoured car is one of my personal faves of all K&C vehicles, such a Cool AFV, reminds me of an Airfix kit I built as a kid.

Rob

Great display mate, really like the AV's all lined up like that and ya gotta love those fantastic palm trees{bravo}}

Yeah, i love the 222 as well. I built a tamiya 1:35 scale when i was a kid but unfortunately i managed to destroy it! :(

I was lucky to pick up the AK 222 recently and im very happy with it.

The North Africa theatre is a favorite K&C series for me. Would love to see more British 8th Army infantry and vehicles and of course more Aussies.

Great pics Tom AK is a great range they look awesome all together i wouldn't might one of these to recon for my 2 Tunisian TIGERS..............:wink2:

Wayne, im so with you on one of these!! I have been eyeing off the First Legion SdKfz 232 8 Rad Schwerer Panzerspahwagen actually. Have you got one or know what the quality is like? I have seen some pic's of one and it looks awesome. It's a bit pricey tho.

Great AK display. This makes me want to add to my own AK collection. Walt

Tom mate without starting a war,its to pricey for me $304.66 AUD (On 28/11/11) + postage forget it but a great looking vehicle don't like the boof-head sitting on it tho,he doesn't look real just MO.
So i will wait for one from K&C or may be even TGM will make one,TCS haven't been in the Desert for a while and there vehicles are brilliant,again just MO....................:)
