Maybe it is all you guys hoarding multiple LAH figures for future resale that are keeping the price up.
Don't all sell your stash at the same time.
It's about $1200, but prices are generally higher in England. Sets often sell in the US at the same number as pounds in the UK. The Winter Tiger sells for $450 - $600 here and as Mitch says roughly the same amount in pounds 450 - 600 GBP in the UK. At GBP795, the asking price is very high.

If anyone wants to offer me seven hundred and ninety five quid for mine it would be rude not to consider it, glad I got three of them.:wink2:
Rob
Does that include VAT and free shipping?
If you really have 3 of them, why that's more than Wayne has
Terry
Rob,Do I understand correctly that you have 3 of them. Just curios why you acquired 3 of the same. ^&confuse
Rob, OK....got it. Of course it is common to have multiples as far as figures go. Would have been nice back in the day to buy. 3 or 4 of them though.Collecting and trying to keep up with new releases makes it harder if trying to buy multiples of the same Tank, Plane, etc. !!! Cheers ....
I hear you PA, multiples of bigger items do cost don't they.With collecting LAH I guess there are many multiples required for realistic marching scenes, is there one figure you have many more of than the others?
Rob
Yes, the marching LAH figures with rifle I have 18 of them and looking to add more. {sm2}
Rob, Are they going to be used as guards or troops standing at ease ?

Rob, 12 of them would look even better. {sm3}
Well......Getting back to topic. a couple of great examples were just mentioned here. the LAH036 first Sigrune drum horse. Original retail was under $75.00 each. Have seen many sell in the $400.00 + dollar range.Now of course with the newer Sigrune coming out prices have come down on the 1st release.The LAH fife and drum set was another sought after retired set. Just 2 examples here. Point here is they had realised a secondary market value much higher than their original retail.Next point to emphasize. this all does not mean ones focus is all about speculation and buying and selling. But.....it is nice to know what we all spend our hard earned money on is not turning into worthless dust. Cheers friendsEnjoy our hobby....
Well after reading your post about how well this stuff sell on eBay I thought are take a look myself and to be honest there loads on it on there with no bids on and just wonder if your talking it up as your sell the stuff ? Anything in short supply goes for big money on eBay does not matter what it is , I was more shocked by the amount of stuff on eBay selling cheaper in price than making money . Just my opinion on the subject![]()
