Stunning collection!! Very lovingly and respectfully displayed. I see you have the Jenkins ambulance- such a neat little piece.
Thank you, my hope was to encourage others to post their collections so that we had can enjoy their efforts , alas no one seems to do , a pitty.Stunning collection!! Very lovingly and respectfully displayed. I see you have the Jenkins ambulance- such a neat little piece.

Im at awe at your collection! My Grandfather was in France during WWI and was captured by the Germans during an offensive. I can't remember his unit but his stories were unreal.
Thanks for posting the pic's.

Wayne,
If you look around different areas, particularly the diorama section at the bottom, and further back in some threads you will see many posts by members showing great displays of their items. For example Villagehorse (Robin from Adelaide) has a great thread called Time on my hands which he has just updated with his Zulu display. Wayne from WA has many such threads with his WWII stuff and Simpson and his Donkey has done some (incl Zulus V Germans). Tom from NT also regularly posts his displays and Northgatewoods (Howard) has posted his multi figure Lighthorse display (time for an update Howard ?) Further back in K&C is a Lighthorse Display by Paul a Sydney collector. There are great displays in the Figarti, FL, CS and TG areas etc. Also go and look into the Show section for images from major shows.
Rob has posted his collection and dios and a favourite thread was Louis V Lawrence as they fought for air superiority backed up by others. Some of the Delhi Durbar stuff with elephants also pretty impressive. Battle Scene Productions has a good thread with WWII dioramas in Diorama section. One I know you will like is Polarbear who has done some nice images with Wilson Edward figures (in other manufacturers section).
I am going to find one of my favourite diorama threads now and "bump" it up so newcomers can see it.
Plenty to see if you look around.
Regards
Brett
Tom,
If you wanted to find out more the A.W.M site will tell how to find his records , some WW2 records are still to be digitized but you can still get them if they aren't , do a carefull surf of their site and you will find how to go about it. Great War records are all digitized , for a history buff it's a great resourse.

Thanks Digger.Wayne, you have a very impressive collection there.
Wayne mate,
What can one say but "OUT BLOODY STANDING" Cobber. A very fine collection of vehicles, figures and memorabilia. An excellent tribute to fallen Aussies.
Cheers Howard
