Some pics to share with you all of the King&Country Displays set up for the show. Please refer to the Shows Thread for overall pictures of the entire event. This show
is the best yet that has happened here in San Antonio, Texas.Taking a sit down break to post some show pics and will head back down soon to rejoin the festivities !
Plenty of collectors showed up in military uniforms from different eras to participate in this fun time. Again see the link under shows for more general show pics.

You must be refering to the 88mm gun. It was done on purpose to show a artillery shell direct hit on the position. Expensive attention to detail on this one !!!

indeed I am. Also the latest stug that has been given the same treatment

Excellent pic's PA, thanks heaps for posting them.

Thanks PA great pics and yeah those expensive {eek3} damaged pieces look good.

Pretty sure that Stug and Flak had a shipping accident before entering those dios; can`t see someone doing that on a perfect K&C set... {eek3} well at least I certainly lack the nerve!:rolleyes2:

Thanks for sharing the pics PA. I am however a bit disappointed about the quality of the dios shown and the lack of presentation of any new release . But maybe this is asking too much ??????
guy:confused:

There are now so many well publicized shows and monthly dispatches, it would be too much to expect new items and displays at all of them.

while the explanations for why some sets are sneek peeked etc have been said I do prefer the releases to be done via dispatches without prior knowledge. so, I am quite happy that dispatches for june were not shown at the show

As the builder of the diorama in question...

The Stug and the Flak 88 had been damaged incidentally and were not repairable, so I gave them a new purpose. They are permanently attached to the diorama, which if you also notice, has custom built partially destroyed buildings. So rather than devalue the vehicles, I have instead added value to my diorama.

So if you don't like an actual battlefield with actual destruction going on, then this diorama is not for you.

Czar...

Nice dio's but, I have never came across anything that is unrepairable
