Wayne.
Nice setup you have there Tom mate, love the buildings & small allied patrol. out hunting Jerry.^&grin
As for Frank, he's the poor sod up front, driving the wee Dingo.{sm5}
Great dio .
Frank must be the sergeant of the infantry platoons that went ahead and already cleared the village of the "sale Bosch"
guy{sm4}
Thanks fellas and regarding Frank, Toddy you win the lucky door prize!!
Thanks to everyone else for the likes!
Tom
This dio let me think of the british armoured vehicles crossing the village just before meeting Wittmann out of town...:wink2:
Great background for this WW2 display! Splendid photos!
Frank turns to his boss and says.....'never mind a brew up, how about you call up a half a dozen of those lovely Sherman's or better still a couple of Tyhoons just to be safe.^&grin
Can't believe I missed this gem!Nice diorama, I wouldn't want to be the guy with the binos at the head of that armoured recon column.......looks like sniper bait! {eek3} I don't have that Polish armoured car but it looks great. For now in my collection I've got to make due with the Canadian Staghound which was released years ago, think it still stands up though.
A real fun dio ... I find it interesting that the Germans enter from the Left and you have the Guards enter from the right!!!
Just a nice touch!

Nicely done Tom. Reminds me of many villages I saw in Normandy when we were there 10 years ago.
