Louis
My maths was never my best subject spent to long getting my head bashed around in rugby scrums!!
Infact there is a lot more than that. K&C UK have over 4000 members alone! now i know from chatting with Pete and Shannon there is a lot of cross over of Customers who buy from us and also from them.
And trust me Louis after meeting up with you i can gurentee that you are far from being a loon compared to some!!
I think the great thing about the human species is that there are some weird and wounderful caractors.............i mean Rob Wilson never want to be in a room on my own with him!!![]()
Hang on Tony doesn't Rob work at the Imperial war Museum and have access to all their tanks, artillery and aircraft? You may be outnumbered!![]()

Heres how it would work James.First my Spitfire,FW190 and P51 Mustang would machine gun their infantry as they advanced on my position. Then my static defendce of Jagdpanther,88mm and 25pounder would make short work of their tanks.Backed up by any number of Panzerfausts we have. Finally my Churchill,Matilda,Sherman would roll out and finish of their wounded and escaping tank crew.
This is all without having to call in the US Air force from our museum at Duxford.
What do think of my plan James?
Rob
Guys
4000 members does unfortuantly equal 4000 buying customers...otherwise i will be typing this from Bermuda on my boat!
Tony
Although you may have 4,000 members that doesn't necessarily mean they are all active or buy in the same quantity that someone like one Rob does. They may have purchased one item or are a constant customer.
I have made the argument before that even though the people who actively participate in this Forum may be a small minority of the actual toy collector populace, this Forum has a wide readership and reputation in the toy soldier world so you cannot necessarily discount its impact. If manufacturers thought that what they say here isn't getting disseminated, they would hardly waste their time here.
Hi Rob,
Concerning the Imperial Museum in London, still Ms Ann Carter Museum's Head of Exhibitions?
Cheers![]()

Yeah Imagine if she reads Brad's post! She'd think you were their number one customer!
So we are the FOCUS GROUP for the Toy Soldier Industry? - Now thats Scary - Very Scary..![]()

Honestly, I think that's what this has become. While it may not be a true cross section of the buying public, it does at least give manufacturers some sort of feedback, for good and ill. Where else can they hear so many conversations about their products?
