Honestly, there's a downside to just about all kit building. True, rigging biplanes is a pain. However, I find painting complex canopy frames on many monoplanes to be just as bad. When it comes to tanks, many of the newer/better kits come with individual track-links which have to be glued/strung together one at a time. Also, I've found brushing (or spraying) the rubber rims around the road-wheels to be quite tedious. I don't mind this if the finished product suits me, but the process of getting "it" there can take weeks...or months.:redface2:
