  • A late Merry Christmas and that in a few hours we may all have a Great New Year! Happy New year and let us keep in touch.
Haven't quite got the hang of these private messages yet but I hope I have now got it right. I have posted pictures of both Light Tanks on the "Yeomanry Miniatures" thread under "More Glossy Manufactures". A painted tank is available now priced £124.95 but markings and crews for the tanks will not be available until after the new year. At that time a kit will be available @ £79.95. Crews will be extra but a discount will be available if they are purchased with the tank (prices to be announced).

The web site is being worked on.

    Regards,

    Yeoman (Brian)
I fell for them early, then things fell off as I travelled from station to station in my career. Now, I find them most enjoyable again, especially now living in the same place year in and year out rather than moving every time a new set of orders comes in.

Funny how they seem to have been replaced by these very carefully researched matte singles; perhaps something has been lost in the process?

BTW, how does this "friends" thing work here? What does one do in response to the request, and what is the result? I'm pleased you asked; just want to push the right buttons...

    Our best,
    Brian aka sarge
Many thanks, glad you like the photos. I found the majority of the backdrops by searching GOOGLE, just punching in South Africa and Desert for instance. Were there any you were particularly interested in?
    Cheers

Thanks. The White Horse toy store (the one in Issaquah) has a very tiny selection of Britains too.
Thanks for the info on other NW collectors! I know, I am surprised that we don't even have a toy soldier store in Seattle :-(
    Hi 4th Hussar!

Nice to see another toy soldier collector from Washington state!

Great to hear from you. That band(9th Lancers) looks like a great buy to me.I`ll have to look at some of the other books I have but I would say yes to that. You can not go wrong at that price.MKL are very good to deal with I`ve never had a problem with them.

How did your Hocker purchase go at the West Coaster? Please post any photos of the Hocker display at the show or images of your set if possible.
    thanks,
    Randy
It's actually The Queen's Regt (1966-1992) which was based in the Home Counties (i.e. The South East of England).
