This is not a theme I'm into or know much about, but you certainly make it look good with your dios. Love the wooden jetti and as Bhogan mentioned, the Landing Craft blends in well.

Thanks guys. Rob always good to hear from you. Since Andy announced this series way back in December 2020, I watched a dozen YouTube videos, read some paperbacks and have some magazines, all to bring me up to speed. I know Andy has more in the pipeline, but it is difficult to keep enthusiastic without being able to feed my addiction. Nevertheless I am totally wrapped in the series and a few more ideas to bring into our hobby. Cheers, Robin.

San Carlos bay, known as ‘Bomb Alley’, due to Argentine jets harassing the British ships anchored here. Fortunately the land force were delivered without interference. Robin.

28th May 1982, East Falklands, frustrated by the lack of forward movement by 2nd Battalion, Lieutenant-Colonel ‘H’ Jones, leading by example, is mortally wounded during the assault on Darwin-Goose Green. The attack plan did not envisage the unit commander being directly in the front line, when he should have been well back in the rear, handling all the demands of the changing aspects of the battle issuing orders. With the alarming transmission ‘Sunray is down’, the British 2 Para made a renewed , now galvanised attack and overwhelmed a much larger Argentinian force.
