Reminds me of a similar case in 1993 where seven fast food workers and owners were herded into the cold storage room and murdered. The case has never been solved.

Some people can accept good news.

In the USA "Homicides dropped 17% in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year. Gun assaults are down 21%. Robberies fell 20% and carjackings plummeted by 24%. Even property crimes — like burglary and larceny — saw double-digit declines." Hmm, wonder what changed.

Oddly enough, Weller is hard to find here in Kentucky although distilled about 30 minutes from my home. My youngest son gave me a bottle of the 12 yr old which is even more difficult to find.

Wing windows and "curb feelers" Who can forget? My father owned a Hudson that had the metal frame down the middle of the windshield and vacuum operated windshield wipers that sped up or slowed down depending on how fast you drove.

Same here, grew up in Baltimore with August temps up to 100 deg and no A/C. We also had a box fan in the hall window to draw in some air to be able to sleep. Parents finally got A/C after I moved out.

But don't worry, Kamala has a good chance to be the next gov. She'll fix things! LOL
