Thanks for the update, and for taking notice of the clamour (?) for Romans! :)

    Australian Light Horse Diarama

That is superb - I'm interested in techniques for embedding bases, for sure. Other than that, I particularly like the use of space, without overcrowding - a really nice touch.

    Connoisseur Figures

I've just taken my first step (of what will be tiny, well spaced steps) into the 'connoisseur' range, with a Tatiyana painted Pegaso piece. The first pic is the Pegaso catalogue pic, the second is of mine (bought in a shop, not pre ordered). I hardly have any Romans, (though I'd like...

    EA004 25 Pounder and Crew

Terry, thanks for the clarification. jonnybach - I found this style surprisingly charming. I could do this, one day... Rob, that officer figure did catch my eye. Al, jazzeum - thanks for the info - I'll keep a lookout for one - and/or add my voice to the calls for a reissue!

    EA004 25 Pounder and Crew

How was this received when it came out (with or without limber)? Anyone got one (to comment on, not to sell)? Is it impossible to find these days? (and I mean without resorting to http://metalsofhonor.estoreadvanced.biz/index.php?p=product&id=787&parent=34 )^&confuse

    Napoleonics Cavalry suggestions?

Duelist is indeed a good film, if something of an aquired taste :smile2: And I'd appreciate a rocket team, having lived in several houses called 'Congreve' in my time. Actually I'd love to see a screw gun or two (in action, and/or in transit). Not very Napoleonic though.

    Napoleonics Cavalry suggestions?

"Artillery adds dignity to what would otherwise be a vulgar brawl." Thanks John, I agree - there can never be too much artillery, doing what artillery is mean't to do! :) Yes, it'll be interesting to see if a new line arrives this year - perhaps I'll wait, if I can summon the patience...

    Napoleonics Cavalry suggestions?

I'm after recommendations for Napoleonics cavalry. I don't consider myself to be a Naps collector (yet?). I do have RHA but only because I'm ex-RHA myself but what I'm thinking I'd like is a cavalry line up.* I'm after a set that shows cavalry on the charge. I'm not really fussed about the...

Has anyone gotten the M-3 Grant?

I have it. A lovely piece, along classic k&c lines. The 75mm traverses and elevates. The camouflage pattern is quite crisp and defined. I did pre buy a number of EA figures to go with it!
