45 days is way too long for some one to ship, even if international. I got a Honour Bound Sherman on Ebay, it was shipped just in a box with no packing foam or secured. It was not a pretty sight when it arrived.

I paint them myself. Gray is pretty easy to paint, and I just weather the vehicle a little. I cheat a little by masking all the treads, seats, tires, and attached equipment. That way the gear is in the original K&C colors and blends in perfect.
Also some people bought the winter version, and now want the new desert version and need to sell the winter one. I wanted a winter one and looked at every site and did not see a pre order for it. I guess I will paint my Collectors Showcase one.

Great idea of the bunker sand. I used to use the grass clippings from when they mowed the green on dioramas. The grass is real short and glues down well for realistic grass, and the best part it is free.

I have been looking around for more of the first pewter Spartan sets and noticed that all the dealers are sold out. And Ebay hasn't had any of those sets for sale in a while. Has anyone seen how much these sets should sell for now? Are they in demand?
