It was great to see Murray State on ESPN yesterday (not ESPN 2 or 3 or ESPNU), with Dickie V. working the game.. And how about Isaiah Cannan? Nice to see the Racers bounce back with a couple of nice wins after their first loss. Jim

Thx, Al.. Murray State has been very good over the years in their conference (Ohio Valley), but as a "mid major" they don't get a lot of national attention.. I'm afraid when they do lose a game - they will drop drastically in the polls... It could still be possible that they would have to win...

Marx made a dead horse - I think it has been recast..... TSSD converted some of theirs to be dead horse for their Custer sets.

Show promoter, Barry Carter told me that the lighting was much better, better restaurant, better facilities, etc.. I hope he's right! One thing that seems better right off the bat is all the dealer rooms will be located on the first floor (same floor the show will be on) - so NO waiting /...

Yeah - it's definitely a smallish show, but it has a nice mix of vendors from metal to new plastic to vintage Marx, etc. As mentioned there seems to be more time to chat with vendors and fellow collectors - definitely not rushed... A good time to get to know people and talk (and buy) toy...

Hi Matthew, You're correct - neither the Frontier Tavern or Cabin have removeable roofs. The "Separate Roof" of the Cabin refers to the porch roof. Regards, Jim

Aleš - the Indians are made of a different resin (very similar to soft plastic) in the U.S. It would be cost prohibitive to have them all painted... The buffalo were produced in China where it's a lot more cost effective to have them painted...... You can PM me if you have any other questions...
