Thanks for the encouraging words regarding the diorama everyone, but just about anything I build is going to augmented by these excellent figures and Joe's photography. I am particularly fond of the two sets of casualties being assisted by their comrades (NWF-08 and NWF-26), and it was clear...
Greetings Froggers...
There were quite a few responses to the last batch of Volk Design buildings, and many of them went quickly. I wanted to alert you that I received a batch of new designs in this week. These are largely one of a kind, as each is hand crafted in quality woods and additional...
Who would have thought after 65 years that the Germans are still building Jagdtigers...I thought there were some rules about that (shrug). Still...it's interesting; I would consider one as a lawn ornament, but it is missing a rivet just behind the hatch. I have removed my front yard fence and...

Well, Sandor...I haven't voted...but you have included some interesting choices. Over the course of this past year, there is one conflict that has interested me more and more and that I truly would like to see enter the toy soldier world...the English Civil War. Three wars, really...but...
It is correct that French troops on campaign often made do with whatever would suffice for trousers when regimental requirements could not be satisfied. Also true is that during the 100 days new supply of uniforms was extremely limited and many of the devices indicating Napoleon's reign were...
Just one more worth seeing...the hacienda is a solid wood construction with durable plaster coating. Doors and roof supports are wood. Only the roof is resin. If it looks big...it is...huge, actually. 15.5"x15"x11"
V-44 $250
We have quite a few more designs about to be released...
I currently have a number of Volk Design buildings in stock. As I am the only online supplier of these structures, I thought I would give you a glimpse of some of the pieces we have. Each piece is unique, as no two are quite identical. All the Volk Design buildings are hand-crafted in wood...
Maybe the idea of a Napoleon theme park is not so crazy. Just think of all the great interactive exhibits possible:
1) The Defense of Paris: Much like dogeball...dress up as Royalists and try to avoid being shot by cannon firing large rubber balls.
2) Winter Wonderland: trudge through heavy...
As a Black Hawk dealer, I know their range pretty well. Without a doubt, this is the most impressive piece they have yet produced. The quality of the design and construction are excellent. The painting was compared earlier in this thread to Del Prado...I don't really see much resemblance...
Greetings Froggers...
Crown Military Miniatures will be at the London show! This time around we will be featuring the March Through Times Civil War figures (which can be viewed here):

I have one 24" wide x 12" tall. It is mounted on foamcore. This is Isandlwana at dawn (I will attach it here). If you can use it, I'd happily email you the file.
Sandor:
This is looking great! You are a very fast learner (be sure to tell your teachers that!). I am really looking forward to seeing the finished product. Keep up the great work...we'll compare notes when you are done.
All the best,
I know I am plugging into this thread late, but I just have to comment on the Traverse products after seeing them in Chicago...it is very difficult to do justice to them with photos. They are exceptionally well designed and executed, and David's efforts not only on his terrain, but also on...
I would also like to thank Shannon and Peter for so graciously hosting the "meet and greet" in their room at Chicago. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet with friends and new forum members. For those of us who were largely trapped in our rooms for three days, it was a nice excuse to get out...
