It's part stockade from Barszo Treasure Island (one odd piece I found) and part cut dowels and foam. I may change it to all dowels. The project grew beyond the original length of the Barszo piece.
The thatching on the roof is made from unwound rope. It's glued with "Liquid Nails" to the foam base, painted over with thinned Elmer's Glue, then painted and dry brushed with Acrylic paint. BE SURE TO LET EACH STAGE DRY!

When I get back to it...I'm going to add the back part of the church and the convent yard. The building units will be in sections and usable for other set-ups.
