[FONT="][COLOR=var(--primary-text)][COLOR=var(--primary-text)]These are my four Dragon Panzer II Ausf c, so far. All made from similar models, but including the variations made to the tank as the war progressed. First a typical Pz II from the beginning of the war in Poland, September of 1939. Has rounded glacis, two piece commanders hatch and solid white crosses Second an already somewhat outdated version used in the offensive in the West in May of 1940. Also has rounded glacis and two piece commanders hatch. National insignia was adapted as the solid white cross was an easy target for opposing tanks and anti tank weapons. Third a version used in Operation Barbarossa, starting in June of 1941 against the Soviets. Glacis by now is angular, there is extra armor in the front of the turret and the commander now has a rounded cupola. Also an extra storage bin ont he fenders Fourth a later version which I call a "super c" as it has may of the features of the later ausf F, used in the African front in the summer of 1942. It has the angular glacis, extra armor in front of the turret, the round commanders cupola and two extra storage bins on the fenders. Also has the large storage bin on the rear of the turret. These models are without the tarps, camo nets and other bundles typical of them in action. Just wanted tp show the variations of the one single vehicle as the war progressed. A couple of more planned for the future.
