Display piece, backdrop and fence are from Ericka and Ken Osen at Hudson & Allen (the last being a gracious gift of the Osens).

One casualty is to be seen but he is busy bandaging himself while a friend keeps a worried glance and wonders if they will ever see home again.

Very nice display. FL did a great job with these figures. I'm hoping to get them all in Chicago.

Very nicely staged, photograph and a nicely told tale Brad. Thank you good sir for sharing it with us..........Joe

Awesome Brad. The 13th AL figures appear to be among FL's very best. In particular the faces look incredibly realistic. You must be loving these! Great setting, backdrop and pics. Thanks for sharing them.

Joe

Great pictures Brad! I will be posting some pictures soon. :)

Nice photos Brad! I am also happy to get another look at some of the pieces. I only have 3 so far. They all look great!

Thanks all. They are very nice pieces. I just have the seven shown but hope to pick up several more in Chicago from George of Minuteman.

I await to see how Mike Estell and UK Reb use them. I'm sure they will be very good.

Hi Brad ,
Very nicely done.... looks Great , That Major may be the coolest looking ACW figure I have ever seen {bravo}} . Thanks for sharing Gebhard

A very nice set up Brad, the 13th is looking great!! I may very well veer off my Stalingrad just a tad to dabble into the Civil War, after doing alot of research and findings on my Great-Great Grandfather who fought for the 55th of Virginia (plug here Matt :)) I think it would be nice to have a collection of some of the battles he fought in...Sammy

Sammy, that is great that you found out that your grandfather fought in that regiment! I am starting to do my families history and hope to found out some similar news down here in NC.

My great grandfather was in the 1st NJ Cavalry.Great figures Brad.

Thanks Sammy and Marco. 1st NJ Cavalry? That's pretty cool.

You will have to wait until after the Chicago show to see how I use them Brad . . . . . Plan to pick then up at OTSN Chicago from our friend George . . . . . I really like the Reb officers and they will certainly be among the first I purchase . . . . You have nicely photographed your figures . . . . great use of the Chosen Ground dio base and backdrop and the fence turmed out just suberbly . . . .

Thanks Sammy and Marco. 1st NJ Cavalry? That's pretty cool.

Yes Brad it is pretty cool.He joined in 1864 at the age of 16.He died in 1933.Can you imagine going to a war like that at 16?
Mark

I really like that fence section. I looked at it on his site and it looks a little too large for Britain figures, but looks just right for the FL ones.

Mark,

Just imagine the history he lived through: Civil War, War of 1898, WWi and Great Depression. Pretty amazing.

I believe that FL and Britains work well together so that fence should work for you.

Here is a photo of my Great Great Grandfather & Grandmother William Harvery & Delia Adelaide Cartwright. William enlisted in the Union Army in April 1861 and was in Company H, 18th Ohio Volumteer Infantry Regiment. He was 19 at the time of his enlistment. He died in 1929. Of all my ancesters that fought in the ACW, William is the only one for which I have a photo of . . . . he's also the only one in my family tree that wore the blue uniform . . . . . Although this photo was taken long after the war was over, Grandpa still sports the "facial hair" style that was so popular during that conflict . . . .
