Huzzah! The 112 PA makes its ACW appearance. Incredible looking. Collis' Zouaves at Gettysbuirg! And how about that figure of Mary Tepe (also Tebe) the famous 112 PA Vivandiere who served "on the line" with the boys at Gettysburg! Just outstanding. All are a must have for me. Looking forward to looking at them in my own copy of the Standard. Thanks Gazza . . . .

So the Spring Catalogue is out.

The Nile Boat looks great; I have seen a number of Boats at the London shows and this one looks to be one of the best. 15 figures, an artillery piece and the boat will set you back £900.

Great to see some new AZW figures - like the charging figure and casualty figure. Nice mix of poses. An individual figure is now £24.99 - 6% increase - and WB like others, is steadily increasing prices but I have to say they still to me are great VFM. But can I please have some Zulu casualties

I like the modern range - the SEAL looks very good, as does the modern US Ranger. I wonder if they would expand this into a modern series - after all, a new range is promised I believe

The WAN has some great additional sets - this is developing into a nice range.

Good Job, Britains, with these new releases. You've made me very happy. I'm getting all of the Zouaves and the Special Ops guys. Two scoops of Hooah!

Hi Guys:

Thanks for the great feedback on the new catalog. I'll try to answer a few questions here:

1) US guys - you should have your Standards and catalogs in next 10 days- UK folks get their's in only 24-48 hours and we run about 4-10 days - ugh!

2) Lots of gloss - Limited Edition, Redcoats and some stunning French for F&I

3) Prices - US prices have remained the same - I should note we are one of the only manufacturers that have held our pricing this year. UK up slightly due to VAT, shipping and still weak GBP (we buy in USD).

Be good,

Richard

These releases look fantastic, thanks for the pics. To me the highlights are of course the wonderful looking French and Indian Wars figures in gloss, especially the French standard bearers, a must have!

The Museum collection "Buffs " is a must have. Amazing to see the Halifax Citadel highlighted in the Catalogue .

Great selection of poses with the Zouaves also .

Can anyone see a difference between 24th foot fig firing position #2 and #3? Maybe the position of the head?

It seems I now need to factor into my budget once again for Britain's Zulu & Nile after which seems a drought, with all my income for the last 6 months going to other makers. Thanks for posting the catalogue, no doubt mine is not far away. Cheers, Robin.

I received mine yesterday love the new mounted glossys can't wait to make a display up with them, also looking forward to adding to my matte Zulu range & the Forward Gordons sets I've started getting.

The above was posted 6/23. It's now 7/7, and I still haven't received my issue of the Standard. Has anyone else in the US gotten theirs?

Just Curious . . . and a bit impatient!
