2013 what you hope to see (2 Viewers)

I am looking forward to more American Civil War figures from First Legion. I know there are several great releases coming up before the end of the year. I would really love to see more personalities from the Confederate side (and some Union as well). I am sure 2013 will be a great year for ACW as it will be the 150th Gettysburg. :D

I can't imagine Matt would let the 150th of Gettysburg go by without some big ACW releases. What better time to roll out some serious ACW stuff, when such a prominent battle is so in the public's mind.

George Washington
19th Indiana Iron Brigade
Roman archers
AWI artillery
AWI British light infantry

I like your AWI suggestions. Can't decide which one I like best, so we will need all three!

Personally, I would like to see a Continental regiment in either hunting shirts or brown faced-red regimental coats. Or a mix of the two would be even better....

Top of my list would be
1,Nap french artillery
2,Nap Scots Greys [ I know these have been done by plenty of companys , but as I collect FL Naps
they still remain on the wanted list for me] or British Hussars .
3, Nap Britsh unit advancing or involved in close quarters fighting as opposed to static firing lines .
and finnaly eighth army, But hey its all good and I,m sure there will be more on the want list than the budget
can cover .

Grey Panzer IV (short barrel)...2-3 Different Turret Numbers on Tanks....so as to be able to set more tanks in a diorama scene.....Definitely More Winter Stalingrad Germans and Russians.....FIRST LEGION RULES{sm4}

For myself,

French Dragoons and/or Hussars
Bavarian, Prussian or Austrian Artillery
German Cavalry (Uhlans or Saxon Heavy Cavalry.)
Prussian Cavalry

I would like to see some Australian SAS in Vietnam .Ghosts of the jungle doing there stuff that they do well. Just a thought. Simmo.

I hope to see FL release more Romans and their adversaries in 2013. Specifically, I would love to see FL produce a range of Celts including a mounted Vercingetorix, or Boudicca on chariot, and also it would be incredible if FL ever made some Pictish warriors.
However I think it's more likely that we will first see mounted Romans and maybe some Roman archers along with (and I'm completely guessing here) a mounted German (on a Roman horse)....like maybe Arminius w/ trophies of battle dangling on display.

There's just no going wrong w/ this range....it's fun to wonder about what's to come. Fun thread Sammy!:smile2:

Sammy,

The Ardennes Offensive. Love to see some winter SS and 101st in winter gear.

Neil

That is my favorite battle of all time, I would love to see First Legion go all in sort of speak and do the Ardennes battles like they are doing with Stalingrad, I can only imagine some of the sets that could be covered by First Legion in some great winter gear...Sammy

I would like to second this on two items:

Vietnam Marines armed with M-14 rifles which were standard issue until 1968, but kept being used all the way thru the war and still active today.

Chosin Reservoir and Korea.

YES! YES! YES! Would love multiple turret numbers.

I would love to see the French Foreign Legion 1872ish , in their White uniform, blue coat (beau geste) period. it could be a quick line that FL could do.

also The 7th cav at the little big horn done the FL way.

Great call! FL's Vietnam range is already incredible, adding some Marines armed with M-14's would only make it better. And you are right Stryker2, that was, and still is, an outstanding rifle.
