love your fort...great job...is the roof on the barracks building made from Hirst Art's molds?

Thanks, The roof is from Plastruct. They are 1/24 scale. I sanded it to get rid of the sheen. I have not been able to find 1/30 0r 1/35.

Wow, it does look great. Info on how you did it would be great.

Thank you. I form it with 1/2 in. thick "hobby" wood, place foil underneath form, pin form and pour plaster Paris. I flip over form and etch foil side using dental tool. For walls I have been using metal rods for reinforcement. I will show pics later.

Excellent detail, and very realistic texture and coloration of the blocks. I'm sure plenty of members would appreciate some "how to do" photos of your work.
