I'm going to put up 4 sets of photos on this thread...

this is the first...just some Gordon figures on sentry...

the second will be a firing line...

the third will be with Mahdist attacking...

the fourth will be a "stand" outside this structure I built...

Excellent Michael, I like it too :salute::

Cheers

Mike,

You've done another outstanding job here with these series of photos!! I really like the small baskets and urns that you set up along the sentry posts. It adds a lot to the realism of your display.

Wonderful photos yet again Michael (or is that Papa Gordon or Papa Khartoum or Papa Sudan :D somehow doesn't have the same ring does it?!?!?!). You have great eye for detail and I love all of the accessory pieces that you have.

Another round of outstanding photos featuring your Highlanders defending their Outpost Sir Michael an as usual very nicely stated....PapaZ

Great setups Mike, again feel guilty not bringing mine out into the daylight, just pre occupied with WW11 at the moment.....Sudan will return to the front soon. Cheers, Robin.

The entire series of your Gordon Outpost photos are just outstanding Michael. Really very good.
:) Mike

Another example of your excellence in making a diorama, come to life. I think that your attention to the tiniest detail is one of the keys to the success. The additions of the baskets and the barrels, the figures actually facing and interacting with each other rather than a random placement, the dio accessories are fantastic.

A really G-R-E-A-T job.{sm3}{sm3}

Mike,

I have to admit, the faces and poses on these figures really do tell a story when utilized by someone with your talents. Outstanding work. Your attention to the smallest detail is much appreciated and moves you into the upper most class with UK Reb and a very few others.

As a side comment, John's faces have improved so much from earlier series, such as Wolfe's Rangers or the early French militia, that the earlier releases are simply pale in comparison to the current releases.

Another outstanding dio Mike. You never fail to impress. Great photos. Chris
