Just finished a 'Field Shower' to go with the 'Four Holer' for our Great War dio, it is a scaled down possible version of one of many different ablutions the engineers of day may have constructed behind the lines. It will be adjusted when put on the table, the hoses shortened, water added into barrel, a pile of coal and shovel beside the boiler and etc.

It looks just great. You will have to post pictures of Your dio when it is done. I know everyone wants to see it. Are You doing this on Your own or is there a club building this dio? Have a good one mate and good luck on the dio.

If you go to the diorama section on the forum and open the thread 'WW1 Centenary Diorama' you will see all.

This looks awesome Wayne, are you going to have custom made figures for it?
I wish! maybe one of the big makers will come to the party as my skills don't reach that far, I know if we get some they wouldn't be able to be posted here...:rolleyes2:{sm4}

Great work on the construction, and I'm looking forward to seeing the troops de-lousing under the water next ????

Reminds me of the set up we had at boy Scout Camp in the 60s- roof but no walls. every third day we were rounded up and hearded in for a 10 minute wash down, all under the watchful eye of the Scoutmaster and the Assistant. At the time I thought it a bit weird that those two seemed to enjoy watching a bunch of 12 to 14 year olds shower.....................
