It's a beautiful fall-like day here in Wisconsin. Nice and sunny but only 59 F . . . great blue jean and sweat shirt weather. I decided to take another small diorama base ouside this morning and play around a little bit with my Confederate artillery. Here are some of the photos I took. All the figures are WB except for the mounted artilley officer which was made by Conte . . . . .

Gettysburg, PA, July 3, 1863 - Mid morning and the Confederate's are moving their artillery pieces into position all along Seminary Ridge and south to almost the Peach Orchard. Preparations are being made for their bombardment of the Union lines in preparation of their infantry assault on their opponet's center.
Here can be seen a section of 10-pounder Parrott guns of Ross's Battery preparing for action on Seminary Ridge.
