Maybe one of these days Aeroart will have their own thread here at the TF forum. But for now, hopefully anyone who admires their work will find this thread.
There are many things I look forward to seeing at the Westcoaster, but nothing floors me like Aeroart's unparalleled presence. As I have said before, when Thor comes to town, all other toy soldiers tremble! Anyways, words can't describe Aeroart's greatness. I'll just mention there were a few new figures this year, and the WW1 range has really expanded compared to the one or two WW1 figures Thor showed last year. Thor has some very interesting display bases as well, one extravagant Crusades period structure w/ five figures attached sold before I could photograph it. But I did get pics of the Greek trireme bow display base. Unfortunately, this is not a production piece. It was a one-off custom diorama piece, but I was too scared to ask how much it was lest I start trying to rationalize a way to procure it. I liked it that much. Apparently someone else did too, because I don't think this custom display made an appearance at the show proper. Just breathtaking. Enjoy the pics, there are many.

That's it for now. There were others at the show selling connoisseur figures as well, and I will and pics to this thread in the next day or two w/ some of the pics.

Very nice ancients and samurai but, none of the WWII figures would make me think I have to put my hand in my pocket. What a combination this will be for the market WWII figures by figarti and aeroart??????

Yo Troopers have to agree with Mitch, the Knights etc painting is superb but probably expensive. Think the WWII figures are poor not even a good likeness, poor old Monty looks like he is nearly 100 years old.
Bernard.

That's not bad then Bernard as he would be 124 if he were still alive :D:D:D

This Roman Elephant is the winner, thank you my friend for the photos.

Thanks for posting all the photos, I feel like i was there!^&grin
Beautiful stuff. JW

Interesting to see AA doing WWII personalities again. These are the same poses they released many years ago in very small numbers. I think the quality of the painting is a bit lower than the original batch, but still fantastic stuff. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for posting, Joe. The pictures are great, as are the figures. Love that war elephant. -- Al
