Yo Troopers have to agree with Mitch, the Knights etc painting is superb but probably expensive. Think the WWII figures are poor not even a good likeness, poor old Monty looks like he is nearly 100 years old.
Bernard.
Very nice ancients and samurai but, none of the WWII figures would make me think I have to put my hand in my pocket. What a combination this will be for the market WWII figures by figarti and aeroart??????
Mitch
While not my usual period, I really like the bow of the ship with the Hoplites in it. Very impressive piece.

I know its hard from pictures sometimes, but you need to see these in person. The WW2 items look good too. Patton was a winner and sold in the first part of the show, upon my second tour, he was gone. by the end, a good number of personalities were gone also.

Has Aeroart ever done a Lincoln figure? Does anyone know if one is available?
On the WW II personalities, AA released some of these many years ago. These were all fantastic. Top of the line painting. But with this newer batch (which appear to be the same sculpts), I think there has been a drop off in quality. They are still the best thing around, but at these prices there is not much room for error. Hopefully, AA comes out with some new WWII figures and doesn't just re-release the older ones.
I think the drop in quality is blatently obvious or, I would not have mentioned it. For the price point I don't think they are at all good. As I said in my post the samurai and ancients etc are superb but, not these. Its strange that a company can do such good stuff and fall on the WWII which, can be seen here when you pay top price you want top quality and, I am sorry this does not come close. Perhaps, this is why the two may want to collaborate as both seem unable to crack the WWII figures cause Figarti can't great designed AFV's figures let them down IMO.

Thanks Doug. Do they do requests?
As always, opinions will differ, but for my money, the Patton figure for example was great and I would take it any day of the week. I didn't notice a huge painting quality drop, I guess the sculpts are so appealing to me.
Figarti's Medic Figure from the show is excellent IMO and they are getting better with each release.
As Doug mentioned, the previous WW2 foray by Aeroart was superb and he has a beautiful collection of personalities.
Again, everyone has there own choice and preference and nothing wrong with that, nice to actually have the choices.
