The Horch is released in Hong Kong yesterday... only a few was produced and pooof... gone in 60 seconds!
Anyway, I managed to get one and I am 'wowed.' Looks like my DAK got a moral boost with their new command vehicle on the scene.
The license plate matches the one on the reference photo... a real attention to detail! (Although I know some collectors gets very ticked off whenever I pinch out the little details)
As usual, I like to put forward some 'constructive criticism' to the model...
1. Rommel's headsculpt is not like rommel, as pointed out before. IMHO, the Greif's Rommel has a better, more realistic sculpt.
2. The windshield's frame is too thick... again, someone pointed out before that the windshield would break too easily if the frame is made too fragile, hence compromising its appearance.
3. No Fritz Bayerlein... why not throw in the Fox's best 2nd in command?
4. Seated figures not removable, as stated in the K&C dispatches. Collectors are happier with removable figures so that more variety in display is available. But I think K&C is already consicous of this collector's demand, otherwise they won't have deliberately mentioned this in the dispatch beforehand.
After all, Thanks for listening, Mr. Andy.
