American Sniper... (1 Viewer)

Poppo...send a link for the streaming please...
I'd rather someone put up a link for pirated toy soldiers. Eight dollars for an evening out relaxing in a nice theater
for a good movie is money well spent. Now overpriced toy soldiers with 100% markup so vendors can drive around
in fancy cars is another story.

Great movie. The action scenes well done as were the family life and back home storylines. Eastwood and Cooper did a great job conveying the heat of action and also the difficulties of adjusting once home. I read that Kyles father asked them not to disrespect his son's memory and they achieved that. Cant fault any part of it.

Cinema I saw it in was packed (opening day here). Thing I particularly noticed was at the end when the credits and photos started. Normally at this point somebody would be standing up and leaving. Not one person moved or said a word. Don't recall that in any movie seen in a cinema before.

SPOILER ALERT

The bit about being pursued by a Olympic marksmen didn't happen.

finally saw it today at the cinema...pretty good watch...2 thumbs up...

I'll definitely re-watch it when it comes on tv...

Looks like I am talked into going to see this film. Lets not forget the Michael Moore comment about snipers being cowards. Rubbish.......
Obviously he doesn't understand the Tactical and Strategic side of using Snipers in the theater of Combat.

When the movie was over there was silence in the theater.

Michael Moore speaking rubbish ... that's not something you see every day ... well, not every day, but certainly every other day at least!{sm4}

Gents,

I wish somebody would tell M.M. to SHUT THE **** UP and go make another good documentary.

Mike "Mamacita" Miller,

Do you actually believe that I would ever slag you my brother!!! No sir, thats Micheal Moore, the genius documentary director who speaks up at the wrong time in his life.

John west of you

I wish a sniper team could take Michael Moore out on a mission to show him how incredibly dangerous, yet important, their work is. Unfortunately, with his physique I doubt he'd even make it to the LOD. {sm3} {sm2}

Brendan

Saw the movie yesterday John and yeah you could have heard a pin drop in the theatre as the credits rolled. Can't remember the last time that happened.

Ive seen easily better than FURY i will leave it at that so not ruined for others.

Wayne mate,
I saw Fury and as an old tankie rated it at best possible 1 out of 10. Have seen American Sniper, three times now and it just gets better and better. 9.5 out of 10.
Cheers Howard
