Looking good, much better then I could ever do.

Oh you just have to try mate. It's alot of fun trying to get it just right. I am still not happy with the colour of the doors but I may still change it later. Simmo.:salute::

Lol, I have tried it and it was a bloody mess ^&grin

Looks great. I'm surprised Mini Art works so well with toy soldiers. Isn't Mini Art 1/35 scale?

Simmo,

thanks for showing us these wonderful diorama kits.

A friend of mine here in Perth has made constructed some kits for his 1/35 scale plastic tank kits, for which I have painted the accompyning troops, but I was wondering if they would look OK using K&C figures which are larger.

Looks like you have put my mind at rest :)

I really like the wall and doorway you have made, so thats one I want to get, but (of course) I'll use it to display my NAPs :) :)

By the way, here is the URL for MiniArt's Dioramas http://miniart-models.com/index.htm?/1-35_Dioramas.htm

thanks,

John

Nice effort. You'r almost there. Try dry brushing the walls and doors ( with grey, almost white colour) to accentuate a weathered look; Especially around the cracks in the wall( on the edges of the plaster ) This will bring out the bricks much more
and also on the doors, you will see the wood detail will pop up immediately.
Try and try again , and you will see your skills will improve all the time . Also have a look at the real thing or at photographs for inspiration and as a reference

I like the mini art stuff. Looks very nice mate at least your getting stuck in and are producing some great stuff.

Try some of the Vallejo or mig pigments on some of your next products and you will be able to experiment with many more tecniques.

Looks fantastic. Really like the courtyard effect. Great mini. -- Al

I really like that! May I suggest weathering the poster a little or having one cornered curled?

Great job Simmo! Great use of debris, nice touch (and I like the painting). Thanks for sharing. Chris

Looks great - the colours give the diorama a real Mediterranean look.

very colorful, well done. Just take note that Miniart is 1:35 scale, a little small for K&C.
