Hi Guys,

Following on from Pat’s great ‘Special Forces’ conversions here is a wee ‘sneak peek’ behind the scenes at a couple of my rough sketches for our ANZAC SAS Patrol set which will be released later this year (or early next).
So, just to let you know there’s plenty of ‘Legs’ in this VIETNAM series.
Yesterday, up in China, I saw the first sculpts of these SAS guys... and they looked great!

All the best,
Andy

Looking awesome Andy👍👍👍👍
Hopefully the navy seals are also around the corner? I have to say the Vietnam series is one of the best series this year for me. Thanks for it. I look forward to seeing you again at the London Dec show. have a good weekend everyone.

Fantastic Andy! Hoping that when you mention "Legs" in this VN series, your reference is a millipede...!{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}

Fantastic figures Andy, very excited about these fella's. They will be a must have for me. Can't wait to see them in the flesh.

Cheers Toddy :salute::

More to look forward to. Appreciate your enthusiasm to this series Andy. Robin.

These are great.....Just switch the weapons to Car-15 or M-16's, and these guys can be any SEAL, Special Forces or LLRP in any of the 3 allied spec forces teams in VN. YOu could have them in a generic box called Allied Special Forces in VN and we collectors from all 3 countries could happily collect content that we got our countries authentic SF guys for our dios. Everyone had the same basic kit, and even the ASAS (I never saw any NZSAS but I suspect they were the same) all carried the Car's or M-16. We also had silenced (not by much though...) swedish K's, Thomson sub's, BAR's and M-1 carbines, and of course AK 47's and PDK's.
This way-everyones happy and you save a bit of money instead of having 3 different lines, N'est cepas??

Hi Pat,
While I truly appreciate the idea I am, at this moment in time, fully committed to first producing the 'ANZAC SAS' team...The good news however is work has already begun on their U.S. Counterparts!

Once all are available collectors can mix'n'match to their hearts content...
See you soon,
Andy.

That sounds great-look forward to the entire line-Already got the dio planning wheels going in my head......see you next week-travel safe
Pat

Will be must have figures when released and can see a diorama with hopefully a SAS Land Rover down the track :wink2: Searched for a image of a Vietnam era SAS LR and came across this image...……….

Figures of the locals in Saigon, Hanoi & etc, especially riding vespers, would really add to the Vietnam series.
