Few weeks ago my behaviour was slightly out of order so I just want to take the time to publicly apologise to Andy, the King and Country team, the treefrog team, and the forum members for my comments!

Sometimes we all get so wrapped up in our own lives that little things that are out of the normal routine can seem like such a huge problem but when one actually takes time to sit and think about things one realises that these changes come around due to others (Andy in this example) doing something which will be beneficial to others (in this case his dealers and collectors).

I pm'd Andy a few weeks ago and it was obvious I had offended him by saying something about his products. I did not mean anything to be too serious mate, I've collected your products for nigh on 13 years now if they were rubbish I think myself or some other collectors would have spoken out before now haha!^&grin

Just keep producing your great models mate and please, please, please no more huge surprises that could be seen as a slight hinderance to collectors...at least for a month or two!^&

Thanks everyone!

See someof you fine gents in London!^&grin

completely understandable with what you have been through. I am sure some also owe you an apology similar to the one you have graciously posted.

Honestly, I don't understand the drama in this hobby... I've been reading through the forum posts, and honestly, we collect miniature metal Soldiers. I fail to see what it is about this hobby that gets people so uptight... Just relax, most collectors are prior or current military, or at least have an intense interest in what those who have served went through, this should be a close-knit community, not a bunch of temperamental scrappers! {sm4}

Passionate people are passionate people. I am a member/founder of a wine forum and it's worse than here. Compared to that, any little animosity here is nothing.

No need to apologize mate your entitled to a out burst like the rest of us,WE all have them now and then.
Just glad you didn't pack up your bat and ball and go home.

Cheers lads, just waiting to see what Andy says hopefully we can burry the hatchet and stick it into a napoleonic frenchman and create a hand to hand set for the napoleonic range!^&grin

Scott,
In your first post you said
"I pm'd Andy a few weeks ago and it was obvious I had offended him by saying something about his products".

The way I read your comment is that Andy did reply to you at that time. Personally I don't see any need for this thread or for Andy to respond to it.

Time to move on.

Regards
Brett

Brett it was obvious I had offended him in public so thought it best to apologise to him in public. Think there was a bit of attitude in your post there mate, not needed.

Scott,

I agree attitude in posts is not needed. Please accept my apology if expressing my opinion appeared to you to display any such attitude.

You are now clearly expecting a response by Andy. I guess you are aware that since this thread started Andy would have been preparing for Texas show and travelling and at show etc.

Anyway I hope you are happy when you receive your Arnhem figures and have a great time at the London show.

Regards
Brett

He doesn't have to respond on the forum mate but if he sees that I am sorry and that I am willing to admit that it was schoolboy tantrums in public and apologise to him in public his response will only be known to himself but at least there will be no bad blood!:)

Same mate looking forward to seeing them.

Scott,
Not speaking for Andy but from what I know of him I don't think he wants bad blood with anybody. He wants to have fun running his business and at the same time wants collectors to enjoy their hobby (preferably by buying his product{sm4}).

Speaking of fun should hopefully be some more images coming out of Texas soon. Should be just waking up around now and going for their included yummy breakfast as 0730am over there.
