Cricky......whats going on over there lads, this is big news here in NZ.......sounds like organised crime have got their hooks into NRL & A-League to name a few sports codes.....it may even stretch to athletes here who play in Aussie too{eek3}

Yes Toddy what is happening every where else in the world is also going on here, very naughty...:wink2: the surprise is thay are only now waking up to it! where have they been for for the last decade or so...{sm2} Better start looking under the bed of some of the allblacks mate....:rolleyes2:

Give it time Toddy the investigation will spread to NZ,you have teams competing in Aust sports.
It amazes me that people who get paid to "PLAY SPORT" and there still not grateful and have to cheat.......................

Yeah .....I hear what ya say'n fella's, it's just a bloody shame that all the 'clean' sports men & women get tanished with the same brush when this sort of thing rear's it's ugly head.....and lets face it, the media are going to dine out on this months!

We all know there's drugs in sports the world-over and that's an issue in it's self......but things are getting pretty dam dirty when criminals are starting to call the shots. Heck, for all we know they're running clubs and venues?

It completely under-mine's the sporting code and is a kick in the guts for sports in general and for all those loyal fans and supporters.

We can only hope the 'officials' get off there hands and get stuck in.....they certainly seem to be behind the 8 ball at the moment. I mean look at how long Lance Armstrong lasted before he eventually got knobbled.

Hi Kiwi...dont worry about the sport thingo...you have Aussie'e biggest problem visiting you at the moment ,,,Julie...Labour has made a big deal of this drug thing.....but where are the facts and name's....everone knows there are drugs....the AFL has a three strike policy.....you have to be caught three times before they do anything.....the rugby mob dont stuff around ...get caught and your out for 12 months or more.....the aerial ping,pong mob are treated like they are wrapped in cotton wool ...should hear all the whinging when they have to travel a few hours in a plane to play football......Rugby player travel internationally ...dont hear them whinging...the way they have gone about the announcement of the drug thingo has placed ALL sports under the hammer....bit unfair on the honest buggers who bust their guts for their sport.....give us the facts and names ...show they have a clue on what they are doing..at the moment it looks like all show and no go and blackening Aust sport .....love your Mozzie...cheers TomB

Yeah, there is a nice cartoon in Saturdays NZ Herald with a shot of an oversized 'Gillard' riding a refugee boat to NZ with the caption 'Gday Keywees' which of course is refering to our PM John key......sounds like the pair have been having a ball down in Queestown.

Yes a real shame about the BIG announcement over the ditch, as you say it's well known about the drug thing, however with few details everyone becomes a suspect......that's seriously bad form.

Anyway, hope the weather's behaving itself over there now.....at least you're not getting dumped on by tons of snow like parts of the US.{eek3}

Its big news everywhere and, now they are talking Olympics and things like that. What a mess!!! Wayne is right you get paid a fortune for doing what most of us see as a hobby or, relaxation and then you abuse the position and take drugs. If you are not good enough accept it what a bunch of!!!!

Thanks Kiwi....nice to know the Kiwi's are up on Aussie politics's .....now after the Big Announcement all the bad guys can pull their heads in and start covering their tracks....another Labor leak......if they are so clever let them name a few ...get convictions and stop giving the impression all Aussie sporstmen are cheats ...as it is '''EVERY_ONE is under a cloud.....let them put up or shutup...Name the People involved and the SPORT. ....show us they have the facts and evidence ......then they can rave on as much as they like.....all they have is hear say....PROVE IT......we all know about the drug bit and fixing.... now the govt it going to fix it...like the boat people.....they will send all the crooks and druggie's to NZ ....Sorry about that Mate....cheers TomB
