Re: battle for arnhem....

Kevin

Great pics-but as Simon asks-you sure could do with some more Brit Infantry for this series-I could lend you a few Rebs if that would help? :D:D:D

Have you posted that "Firefly" you got in London last month in any of your splendid scenarios? If you have I've missed it.

Bob,

See page 55 and post 543 et seq for Firefly photos.

Re: battle for arnhem....

As good as these photos are, you should see the shots he took for the desert was book! We lucked out and got some really sunny days in late july a couple of summers ago, and he worked his magic . . . the shots he picked for the book looked flat out real!!:cool::cool::cool:

Re: battle for arnhem....

Thanks Kevin very nice and can understand why you, Rob and James bought them at the show.

Now if Bobby Lee had had a couple of these beauties at Gettysburg the result would have completely rewritten the history of the US of A. :D

As the column advanced, the Germans delayed and delayed with cunning ambushes.

A Marder tank destroyer lies in wait...........

Hey! You've been adding to your town. Sneaky.
Is that a TM Terrain constructed building you've got nestled in there?
Looks good!

Re: battle for arnhem....

Simon, I just tucked it in my back pocket and snuck off with it.

Recon elements negotiate past a strongpoint by sneeking through a bombed and shelled factory..........
