Battle Scene Productions (4 Viewers)

Thanks Alex and Nick for keeping us posted on the shows, great pics, sorry it wasn't a very good showing. Mike:)

Well our first month of operation produced 10,000 hits, which Nick and I are very happy with. We would like to thank all of you for helping us. We have many give aways coming up. Here is how we are thinking of handling it. We are going to start the BSP Association. You will sign up, and we will have your e-mail on file, that will make you eligible for all of our special promotions.

We are doing the best we can do to fulfill our goal to give back what we can to our friends that support us. We have a lot of good stuff to give away. Remember there is not much time left to sign up for the Figarti Miniatures P-40 signed by Dick Rossi. We will let you know when we start BSP Association. If anyone can come up with a better name let me know. It will be essentially be a Club that believes in our Art of blending Scale Modeling with High level Military Replicas.

Some really cool stuff has happened. We will be featured in Arm Chair General Magazine and Playset Magazine. And we are working with the Army to let our boys in Iraq know about our site, so they can use it to chill out after a hard day in the field. We will try to do our small part to give them some enjoyment. Also we would like pictures of your family members that served for our Family Warriors Section. E-mail them to us at our Site e-mail. Alex

Same to you my man, sorry I have not talked to you in a while, but this Web Site is like running a Corporation. You are doing a great job of entertaining the troops also. Talk to you soon. Alex

Just to remind everyone time is running out on the FIGARTI MINIATURES P-GIVEAWAY, sign up now at www.battlesceneproductions.com

Over 900 people viewed our Log Book and 85 signed in. That makes the chances pretty good. Don't make it easy for the winner. Alex

I had a few problems posting this, that never happened before. Anyway here is our latest Battle Scene showing the New Model Army Lynx. We will have more shots on our Web Site in a day or two. Alex

Thank you Mr. Mod we try our best. At least we know one member likes what we do. In about an hour we are going to be receiving a interesting phone call, it seems there is one other person out there who likes our work also ?!?!?!?!??!?!?. Alex

Well the phone call happened, and it does appear that Battle Scene Productions has new fan, and he wants us to let you know who he is............................................

His name is Andy, and his Company is King and Country. I can tell you that with the power of King and Country now Behind us, and all of our other fine Sponsors, we will now have the wherewithal to produce Battle Scenes of unprecedented quality. We as usual will retain our unbiased product evaluations, and do many combined scenes, which BSP will produce, so you the collector, can see products side by side, and of course there will be unique Battle Scenes for each Manufacturer.

We are now strengthened in our mission, to bring new blood to our hobby, and to produce unprecedented visual experiences for your entertainment. Alex

Hi Alex,

Congratulations on achieving Andy's endorsement and sponsorship! I look forward to the visual experiences that Andy's support and BSP's creativity will produce!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

So how does that work? Does Andy lend you figures for the dioramas???
If so is there any chance of seeing some napoleonic dioramas or something other then WWII???
I love your work but I,m not that big on the WWII era, I find its a bit over done and would like to see other eras covered.

Congrats on your new sponser, I love the WWII stuff, but we all know K&C do more than that. Tim's right, we do have a large following of WWII, I'm sure with all that talent at Battlescene Productions, you guys will keep us very entertain. We need as much new blood in this hobby, as you guys can muster, goodluck and great work. Mike:)

That is exactly what we talked about with Andy, and the rest of our Sponsors. Please understand that we are trying to help expand this hobby, so Manufacturers will be provoked to produce new and exciting products, because of a stronger fan base.

There are new potential Collectors coming to this Forum, other Forums and our Web Site every day. Our Web Site was also recognized as a independent vehicle, to be used to reach out and pull in new collectors from other areas of military interest. Now with K&C on board we represent or have represented just about everyone, which means we have the responsibility of representing the entire hobby to new comers, which we always do with fairness and an open mind. That is why the Manufacturers trust us to represent them. They also respect our criticism and suggestions. So the answer is YES, we will hopefully be doing just about everything. That is an awesome responsibility, but Nick and I feel as though we are up to the task.

So once again we and our Sponsors ask you for your suggestions and support in this endeavor. Alex

The quality of your work certainly merits sponsorship by all of the finest toy soldier/military miniature producers. With Honour Bound, Figarti and K&C on board, you will certainly have no shortage of excellent material to work with. Congratulations and keep up the excellent work!

Louis

Unfortunately HB is one of the only Manufacturers that we do not directly represent. All of the Sponsors we do represent, did tell us, that this is for the collectors entrainment. So when we do a project for any one of them, the competition between them temporarily is overlooked, for a higher goal, of having us put their products in an environment to be enjoyed by all. They all have my respect. Alex

Well then, Anna or Kevin (their UK representative) should get with the program. Having seen what Kevin has done with HB, I would love to see you guys get your hands on some.

I guess it would look something like this:). We did this as a BSP sponsored Project.

Not just speaking for myself, I do enjoy looking at photos and dios of other collectors work. That is what drew me back in to this hobby. I like the fact you give updates and pics of the different shows. I know because of the setups at playsetaddict and now Battlescene Productions, it just inspires me and others, to get more creative. I just want to say thanks, and keep up the great work.Mike:)

That is what we are here for, inspiration and enjoyment. We got off to a bad start in the beginning, because members thought of us as advertisers. We need to protect our pictures, because we were being informed they were being used without our permission. That is why we put our name on them. And we also put who sponsored the pic, because new comers may not know who produced the product. We don't do too much commentary any more, we let the pictures speak for themselves.

We do represent some Dealers, but we have cut that down, and we only mention them on our Web Site. This is for you, the collector, and we are happy we achieved our goal of inspiring you. It was obvious that King and country was missing from our roster. We do not force anyone to do anything with us. We have spoken to just about everyone, to let them know what our objective is, and they then participate, if they feel like. It is challenging for them, because their product has to stand the test of ultra realism, when they are put in our Battle Scenes.

That is why I respect those who participate with us, because they are showing that they are confident that they have produced a product of quality, that can stand up to the collectors scrutinizing. And they are willing to give back to the collector, by absorbing some of the cost to produce our Battle Scenes, for your pure enjoyment.

Nick and I also spend plenty of time and money to make this happen. Alex
