Mr. Fish

Thanks for the input. Nick is been very busy in the Batworks Area 131, and it looks like he is putting together some cool Civil War stuff stuff. Good to see some of your set ups for ideas. What battle would Corn Fields mostly represent in the Civil War. And what would be a landmark or other characteristic of that battle be. Alex

Today is Battle Scene Productions 1 Year Anniversary.

We have the winner of the Figarti Miniatures P-40 posted on our Web Site.

Please vote in the Communications Section under BSP for your choice for the next Giveaway.

Thanks
Alex

We are happy to announce we now have a Gallery of ALEXDAKAR's REPAINT JOBS on our Web Site. Now you can see all of Alex's fantastic work in one spot. We asked him to send us the before shots, and when he does we will post them. We have also asked him to keep the Gallery Updated as he does new projects. Alex is a wonderful addition to BSP's theme of treating Toy Soldiers like they were scale models, and we are thrilled to have him aboard. Alex

The other pics are in the ozone somewhere

Anyway here are elements of the BSP's 3rd Armored Division after they smashed through Warriors front lines with the main force, following the recon probe. They are now charging hard into the rear area. But another recon element said there might be some ZULUs in the area. We do have the tough 1st Airborne Rangers in reserve to deal with them, if they pop out somewhere. It could be a blood bath :D:D Alex

Thanks Simon

The new thing seems to be story lines, so we are picking on our Sponsor George (Warrior) and having some fun with him. He has a powerful 1/72nd arsenal, but we are going to see if we can bluff him out.

We have had story lines in the planning for a while, but building different sets, to make it interesting takes a long time....All in due time....Alex

Nice pic Alex, but I suspect George will defend his rear area with all his vigor :)

As always, nice display BSP, you guys are getting better with the camera and back grounds. Keep up the great work, Mike:)

We have to thank my 15 year old daughter for much of our new technology:) I am torn with a lot of our techniques though.

Our background is sort of cheating

Pandas natural light is sort of cheating

Charlie's dirt is sort of cheating

We will use those techniques here and there, but below is a pic that is pure scale modeling. entirely scratch built and that is it. It takes a lot of time though. Alex

I wasn't aware there were any rules. Whether or not its "cheating" I like it.

Alex I would call it creativity and there's no doubt that your daughter has added to it looking at the results. I'd be more concerned about what the Zulus may have planned for the future although I know the Warrior will be a formable foe. Once again look forward to what else you've got coming our way.....The Lt.

I am so pleased to see many of you out there experimenting with various techniques, which are producing spectacular results. We need and appreciate feedback. Remember we are not a professional advertising agency, we are just plain old modelers having some fun.

In that we do work for just about every Manufacturer, that nullifies the advertising aspect. This is just a cumulative effort to show products in various settings, to spur ideas, and show those who may not be familiar with our Hobby, what it is all about. So once again feedback like above, is important so we can deliver the type of entertainment everyone can enjoy.

Our Recon unit just took some ZULUs as prisoners, and they may be defecting to BSP:confused:;):)Alex

Alex here comes part of the rescue party and fair warning Firebat they don't get mad they get even.........The Lt.

OH S_ _ T............Those Zulus are relentless. The BSP 1st Rangers are on another assignment and not available for rapid deployment. So we will have to withdraw the recon elements but, I believe they took some prisoners;) Alex

Hi Alex,

That is a great scene you have constructed! It is nice to see your talents applied to a variety of times and settings. You and Nick do outstanding work!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Alex, your point is made, I'm sweating here and enjoying every minute of it. Don't want to see any more white stuff for a while. Nice detail, Mike:)

Alex:

Wow! Simply wow! You continue to amaze me. I can feel the heat of the battle and the emotions of the foot soldier.
Those Continental soldiers are retreating towards Morristown,NJ ( GW HQ)? The scene looks like the forest of Sleepy Hollow in Basking Ridge, NJ where the troops encamped after the retreat from New York in dead of winter. Maybe GW crossing the Delaware River is next?
