Bored Tonight...Post a Diorama, LOL (4 Viewers)

I wonder if I could blow it up!!!! Not with explosives but like they do with pictures when they want them bigger:D:D:D:D

Kevin,
Thanks for the pictures of the Arnhem diorama; naturally the diorama is 20mm, we 1/72nd scale collectors get all the good stuff!! A company called Scenic Effects does a 20mm Remagen Bridge and I am trying to track one down as they went out of business three years ago.................

Hi George, There were a good number of good quality dioramas in the museums I visited, most were 20mm or thereabouts. I'll try to post some more as I shrink the pics if you like. I presumed it was scratch built for the museum? BTW did you see the articles about the guys that ran a huge Arnhem wargame in 20mm - now that would be worth a weekend, or a week come to that!

A small section of the Siegfried Line/Allies side........

Does anyone remember a certain issue of Toy Soldier and Model Collector in which a company called HJB Figures was bringing out an 1/32nd Arnhem bridge, which was to be a limited edition of 120???:confused:

I asked around for one but was told the company never got around to producing any of them!!!!:(

Does anyone know where I could get a 1/32nd scale bridge that looks like Arnhem bridge???

Have patience and save your money. Figarti is in the process of development for sale, at least that's the word on some other posts on this forum. Other than that, others may know, but I believe it is not commerically available and can only be purchased as a custom product.

I think they are going to be offered as part of their product line later this year. But, that's only what I seem to remember, and remember, I still think its 1957  :D

Something new for a Pacific Theater client of mine. It is 90% finished. The figures do not come with the diorama. Thanks for your time. Nick;)

Wonderful work Morbshock again as usual.

Your dio's tell a story and I've been truly enjoying the posts (old and new) from both you and Panda1gen very much recently. Especially since I haven't anytime (due to business activity) to engage on the forum or shoot new dioramas much lately. So, I’ll continually to live vicariously through you guys for awhile until I get some more time.

Keep up the good work and it would be nice if others post there dioramas. It's not about being an expert; it's about sharing and having some fun, JMO. Besides being an “Expert” is like “Beauty”, it’s in the eye of the beholder.

Words of wisdom, Carlos, unfortunately in my case it's about being too ignorant to figure out how to post pictures. :(

Thanks again carlos for your compliment. I look forward to seeing your quality work again when you have the time......Nick
