Very kind words thank you, but as I said, the actual base was made by Gordon and is Louis', I just blended it into a shot. Another.

You're more than welcome. Doesn't matter who constructed the dio - its an inspiration.

I haven,t posted here in awhile so here are some K&C napoleonics I set up last night. I had the house to myself last night for my birthday, the wife was working and the kids stood at thier grandmothers so it was a good time to set a nice diorama but unpacking and then packing up all those figures has got to go!!! K&C needs to put a figure number under the base of the figures or put a picture of the figure on the box or something???
Trying to figure out which figure goes in which box when you have over 200 figures out of the box is a nightmare!!!

Tim it looks great, I like the way the store bought buildings fit with your home made stuff. Calvary charges are always appreciated. Did I see charge of the Light Brigade Calvary? Great Pics, Mike:)

No mike thats just a lone polish vistala lancer mixed in. He just stoped by for some grub and a few drinks like the rest of the mix matched french cavalry roaming about the town.
The light brigade your thinking of are british lancers from the crimean war??? The british army did not have any lancers during the napoleonic wars.

Fantastic, thanks for posting. Love the Napoleonics....I agree with what you say however about the boxes and the figures when you have a larger force out and can't work out who goes back to where - Bill Sager deserves a big thank you regarding the older sets and his webstie for reference.

Funny that you say that because thats how I got a lot of them back in there right boxes. I had to log onto his site to match the figure# to the right box.:p That was a lot of figures to repack back into there boxes and without that site I would have pulled all my hair out because most of the figures are retired and no longer posted on most sites.
Next time I,ll have to get some small stickers and write the box number on the underside of the base of each figure to save myself a repeat of that nightmare.:p

Took a while, but I FINALLY found the Polish Lancer.
Fantastic set of photo's. Simply must get my hands on one of those Brit Cannons and attending gentlemen - especially the officer on the horse.

Tim,
Great pictures. I found that a small sticker on the bottom of the figure with the number written on it helps me put all of my figures back. I also keep catalogs of the figures nearby to help me when my wife assists me putting them back. It can be frustrating and it takes time to put everything back in order. But it is too much fun not to.

Tim.

Impressive as usual :) You must have had a load of fun setting these out and thanks for sharing them with us.

Nice to hear, does it mean more pictures on the way? Hope so.....The Lt.
