Britain Civil War Ordnance Covered Wagon (2 Viewers)

I really think the Frontline wagon would be a better choice.
Ken

I'm in agreement with Ken Scott and I'm sure your familiar with the following quote a picture is worth a thousand words but in this case two pictures will double it.....The Lt.

Thanks Joe for the pictures, I do agree they do go well together. I used the bottom pic as my desktop picture :D :D

Unfortunately they don't sell them without the figures which is a shame as I am sure he would make himself quite a bit of extra business. I didn't need the wagons so much for the Drift compound but more as a scenic accessory that could be used for different time periods.

Hi Guys:

The 2005 RC2 Price List put it at $220.00 and our price list from early in 2006 also put it at $220.

Probably not perfect for Zulu War, as Ken says Frontline has some nice ones and of course we will get there eventually as well.

Hi Mike

I don't have your purchase in my collection, however I do have one of the attached that I picked up from a car-boot sale for about £5.00 ($8.00US). Don't believe the lady had much of an idea what it was-just a "child's toy" and appeared very happy to get a fiver for it as the recipient was more than pleased to pay that.

It's marked on the box as a Confederate Supply Wagon & Crew WBNo-8870-it has a gloss finish and although states 1/32 I reckon it closer to 1/35th scale especially the two Reb figures. To be honest I have never taken it out of the box although I did/do intend painting just the wagon matte.

I think I shall wait then, just make sure you have some separate oxen to hitch up to the wagons please :D :D :D

Richard,

Thanks for clearing up the retail pricing question.

It's a beautiful piece and I'm eagerly awaiting the mailman.

I think it will work well with Jenkins.

Thanks again.

Bob,

I bet a coat of matte would look really good on that.

Hi Guys,

I am looking at the WBritains price list I have from 2006. I got it from the collectors club it doesnt say anything about it being a discounted price. Thats all I can say. I will try to post a scan of it but it seems silly to worry too much about the price from 3 years ago.

Dave,

You can let it go as far as I'm concerned.

Don't go to the bother on my account, I believe you.

Scanning is a pain.

You're right, it's a moot point now.

I have already done my pay pal and it should be in route to my house.

I'm happy with the cost I paid on Ebay regarding who is right or wrong.

Thanks again Dave.

Here's some photos of the set I got on Ebay with some Frontline AZW.

$56.00 + shipping, from choate76, he has more on there.

WM Britain #17571 Federal Ordinance wagon 1863.

Seems like a good fit, I took the cover off the wagon.

The chains on the mule team are really cool, but you need some good eyes to link them up.

I'm going to post some Jenkins with the wagon covered soon.

Somebody said the mules are unstable, I second that.

It's a good looking set with the AZW and I'm sure it will work with Jenkins FIW.

I took the cover off and loaded the bed with supplies.

Knew we'd get to see you playing with your new wagon shortly after it's arrival Michael and it blends well with your Frontline figures. Looking to see how you feature it with your JJ figures.............The Lt.

Great shots Mike and I'm sure the Rebs wont mind the 24th borrowing their wagon and putting it to good use.
