Britain's Zulu War (1 Viewer)

Just left the WBritain website guys and both Dalton and Schiess are listed for August which I figure will arrive in NH for me to go and pick up NLT the 3rd week in August which means they should be available at the WBritain warhouse by the second week in August if not sooner to begin shipping unless they've missed the slow boat from China Nice knowing your pleased with your August calendars.......The Lt.

And Canada is a couple weeks behind the US :(

Oh well no bother :) I will hopefully have some of the new Durbar figures to keep me distracted while I wait for more troops :D

A little playtime last night.

Outstanding photo, especially the lighting.
You can't beat the power of capturing a single figure in their environment.

I found this old photo in the British Library Collection and think it will answer your question concerning the scale of the WB 24th Foot and the JG bell tents.

Randy,
Great picture! keep in mind these OD/WD issued Bell tents had a capacity of 18 OR's. I don't remember the base diameter when stood to, but can find out. I have a couple of the tents and they are nice, just scaled a little to the Down size.

These are 4"X4" and I thought they were made for 1/32nd scale but there is no way you could get more than 2 soldiers in one of these. Perhaps that's why none of the AZW collectors have picked them up from JG. There are no guy ropes on the JG version either.

The JG must be either made for 1/48th scale or meant to be single/double versions of the larger bell tents. How is the scale of the JG Zulu huts with the WB figures?
