Well, to me working with meat is both a science and an art. You'd fall off your chair laughing if you saw me trying to carve the Thanksgiving turkey ^&grin
It usually ends up looking like the Texas Chain Saw Massacre!
The land of Oz is certainly a good place to be with your skills and all those cattle.
