"Charge Those Yankee Cannons" (1 Viewer)

Reb,
EPIC is the description for this "little" piece you put together! Stunning in depth as well as the action!
Mike

Excellent and engaging series as always Bob.:D It seems you can do exemplary displays even limited to one manufacturer. Are there any conversions in that mix?

Again wonderful to see them out of the box and all together. What a great collection of ACW you have to create these great story lines.
Thanks for showing us the reserve brigade deploying to the front... Iron Brigade Forward!

Ken

A Reb was heard to say on the first day of Gettysburg, " It's them black hatted fella's. That's no militia, it's the Army of the Potomac!"

Thanks guys

Bill-No conversions in these scenes-just how they come straight out of the boxes.

Bob, nice collection of Britains. Glad to see that the limber is in the right position ;)

Jeff

Don't you start-for some unknown reason he has selected me as his "fink of the forum" and one's enough thankyou very much ;)

Bob

absolutely amazing photo the long grass is great & really helps bring the scene to life & the background picture really helps you believe that the scene goes on beyond what we can see :D

Craig

UKReb, There's still a few scenes missing; "The Valley" men of the "Stonewall Brigade" should be entering on the Federal's flank and rolling up that line and giving them pretty guns a new home. Seems to me W. Britains did a "Valley" series. Time to break those boys out dont ya think?

I thought I was the fink for mentioning it.

Photos look great...now. ;)

O.K. Reb... You got me doing it now.

Further down the pike the Rebs are reacting to the new Brigades being deployed on the field...

The Reb officers are urging their boys forward...

The Yankees are caught off guard by the appearance of the Rebs in force...

It looks like the line is starting to fold under pressure...

So Reb do you want to take it from here?

A note:
This is one of the new W. Britain displays that Ericka just finished. The base features the H&A 'Wild Grass' and our hand built trees. The Turnpike fence was built into the base and is part of the W. Britain scenic line.

All of the figures were just set in place for the photos and are not glued down. All of them are W. Britain out of the box and were developed and released under 1st Gear.
One of the nicest features of the grass system that Ericka and I have developed is the resilient feature that also really minimizes the cast metal base of the figures.

All the Best!

It's nice seeing you coming out to play Ken you did squeak in some play time away from your work bench even if it's only for a short period of time you need to play more. I'm sure you'll find that you've made UKReb's day by jumping in along with the additional goodies that will be heading his way. Stunning diorama base by Lady Ericka along with outstanding photos and figures by you thanks for sharing them both Ken....Joe

Ken, Thanks for taking the time to post and share with us your excellent diorama and playtime!:)

Anymore shots like these you have posted Ken just might generate some new recruits to this era

Simply splendid and when are you going to get a UK distributor for H&A Studio?
