and they all fit nicely together, but for how much longer considering they are in a mine field is anyone's guess. Well done Duke. Robin.

:) Thanks Robin and the old/new figures do blend in nicely together. That's something that's good about K&C (or so I've found) is that you can use figures in the same range even though they might have been made many years apart.

Older the better (sometimes) :) I think the display looks great, be it old or new.
 
Can't beat the desert stuff when it comes to displays. Great vehicle selection and placement Duke!

The DAK retreating from El Alamein used to put very sophisticated mine fields to get wrong the allies...For example, they put under the earth some empty tin cans to dupe the british soldiers with a metal detector...Thinking it was a delay expedient, they let the tanks pass....But after the tin cans there were the real mines and boom! ^&grin
