Amongst the pics from Col Hesler I noted a model of the German WWI Tank A7V (TGW-007) produced by Old Northwest Trading Company. I'm sure that will be a popular model with World War One fans.

The only person I really meet, meet was a nice guy from the Southeast US, and he helped me and my dad around in the beginning because it was our first show.

From everything I've seen, the two items that are must haves for me are the KC Komet and the John Jenkins' Jacobite Rebellion figures. The Figarti stuff looks great, but no must buys this year. I will be picking up some of their V-2 vehicles. That's actually a relief given how costly things have become.

Doug, next time you're at one of the stores in Gettysburg (assuming they're Figarti dealers), take a look at the Grant or the Lee. I think it's really outstanding.

Great set of photo's Col H , just wondering , there is a picture of a building with bomb damage to the roof (6th photo in post #46), any idea who makes it or whther it was a one off, looks really cool

It's nice isn't it. I think it is Mignot. They usually use little diorama boxes like that.

Nope, but I have experimented with fire p) and plastic models, and you can make a tank look like it has been hit, and I'm guessing it could work with metal if you use a hot enough fire.........
