Too bad I had no idea they were that expensive but Tom D told me they were.
Missed out on this one, a Desert Austin Tilly which sold for $478!
Brad, and everyone else who has posted, PM'd or e-mailed me,
I thank you so much for your concern, and it has brightened my days since I got hurt. I am going to be all right. I may need surgery, but I am sure that I will make a full recovery. I am working from home, and getting treatment, and checking the forum when I can.
Thank you all for being such good friends,
Louis

Nice Luis!^&cool^&cool Aren't they wonderful!? I haven't come across a new one in over a year, although Mr. Burkill sent me a message when he recently sold one of the Battery Command vehicles from his own collection.:wink2:
Nice to hear from you Louis, it has been a while since we last spoke!
How are things?
I recall a last note of yours some time ago when you mentioned having gone some back problems....All is good now and you are good as new:salute:: Ready to take some great pictures of your great sets? I really consider the battery command and the Tilly great sets....pitty they are hard to find.....
Cheers
Luiz
For anyone interested, there is a Morris D-Type Army truck in a Toy Army Workshop lot in an upcoming Vectis Auction this month. I am not the seller, and I am not bidding, as I already have the item. Here is a link:
