I found this small foam rock formation at the West Coaster...it was really cheap...I didn't like the paint job...it was really brown and the dead tree on top didn't stand out at all...so I painted the whole thing black and started over...I threw some JJD Indians and a Frenchy next to it...it came out pretty good...

Mike,

I liked the way you framed your "new" rock with the trees and bushes.

Another great looking photo Michael. You did a very nice job on the rock re-paint . . .

Nice photo and your rock repaint looks great. Another neat conversion and scene. J

Great set up Michael, love that repaint job:salute:::salute::

Cheers

Martyn:)

There's only so much you can do with just a rock before it gets boring really really really fast...so I took just one last picture of some Fraser's that might be bumping into the Frenchy and the two Indians...

Your at it again Sir Michael with another outstanding set of photos...PapaZ

I love the rock. Looks very realistic in the photo. If you want to expiriment, try applying a thin green (med to dark, not liight) wash down near the base and see if it gives a look of some moss growing on the damper darker side of the ledge.
The French fellow is one of the most usefull with that pose looking around some object...really fits in this vignette for sure, Keep them coming

Good scene, think I like the Fraser's best, especially the photoshop or cartoon like effect on the one.

thank you Walt...I was thinking of adhering some Woodland Scenic's moss underneath it and adding a couple of weeds here in there...thanks for the good idea...
