I have recently acquired the last few figures that I needed to complete the excellent Crimean War range by K&C UK. Up to now I have only displayed my figures on the shelves of a small display cabinet but I have really wanted them in a diorama. This has now been possible thanks to two factors, firstly a new and larger display cabinet and secondly a couple of terrain boards made for me by the very talented Tony Neville of K&C UK.

Tony has made a great job on the terrain boards – thanks again Tony! :)

The first one is for the Charge of the Light Brigade and the second one is a combination of the Thin Red Line and Alma, just awaiting the addition of more Russians!

In a couple of weeks time the latest releases will be added. ;)

Beautiful display Jeff, looks fantastic.

He is a clever chap our Tony, isn't he? Despite what Rob says about him. :p

Jeff,

Looks great, just need the TRL flagbearer, Nolan and best of all there is room for a few more.:D

Great setup mate.

Jeff,

You have an excellent collection of figures for the Battle of the Alma, the Thin Red Line and the Light Brigade Charge at Balaclava.

I am not sure if K&C UK have the Queen's and Regimental Colours for the 93rd Highlanders.

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Beautiful collection. Those 17th and 11th cavalry are just great looking. Also really like the Guards and the Highlanders. Just really fine figures. -- Al

Yo Trooper, Gads Sir I had five Cavalry Regiments in my charge, can only see my cherry bums & the Death or glory boys, what happened to my other three Regiments. The 8th Hussars, 13th & 4th Light Dragoons. Will have to hold a full Military enquiry into this:eek:.
Lord Cardigan:D;).

Nice looking new display space for the collection, Jeff. And plenty of space available for additions as well. :)

Into the cabinet of death rode the six hundred...mirrors to the left of them....mirrors to the right of them!"

It's looking very nice...something about the drama of a diorama really brings the figures to life.

It's a really great display you've got there. Really good use of the space.

Excellent stuff Jeff,really nice display.

Thanks very much everyone. :)

More figures to be added in a couple of weeks and then again in December

The figures are imho some of the best (if not the best) K&C produce and look great on their own but shine when arrayed on the terrain boards.

Thanks

Jeff

Excellent!!!! I do not have any, but I have always admired the Crimean range, and you have don't a great job of displaying them

Nice change of pace, something not seen very often on TREEFROG. You have a terrific collection there and your diorama scene is excellent. I enjoyed viewing it. Thanks for sharing.

Jeff,

What a wonderfully innovative way of displaying these great pieces, thanks for posting. Cheers…Alby
