A fur trapper crossing paths with the indians and wildlife. Neither are hunting at the moment and the bison sense this. They realise that taking more than they need is not good practice. Greg.

Wintering up the Bison is something I never thought of Greg. This trapper and horses set are my favourite in the series, in fact I bought two. Great to see others with their ideas. Robin.

Very 'cool' Greg. Animals in displays really make them pop and add something a little different and interesting. Cheers.

Thanks lads for the comments. Nice to do a peaceful scene every now and again. Regards Greg.

Snow covered terrain looks great Greg, well done :salute::

A very beautiful and tranquil winter scene you have created Greg. I really appreciate you pairing your JJD figures with the KC Bison. I've been toying with the idea of collecting the Bison to go with my JJD Fur Trade and Thunder on the Plains ranges but wasn't sure how they would "size up" since KC is a slightly larger scale than JJD. They all look great together despite the scale differences of the two manufacturers.

Thanks a lot Greg . . . Ordered the Bison. I explained to my wife that it was all your fault lol

Mike, I'm not sure what brand those bison are. I've had them a long time. I think they could be the company that did a big range of wild west figures and are no longer around. They did a large bison stampede with one of the indian warriors being charged into. Can't think of their name at the moment. Regards Greg.

Mike the K&C Bison will work just fine. Mine have to stay with my cattle drive series as the fur trade display does not have the space to accommodate them. Robin.

It just came to me. I think they are Black Hawk. Greg.

A beautiful scene that has been created with care and thought. Thank you for sharing.
