Nice. I like my Normandy version with turret-only skirts, the winter one looks better, IMO, with the full set.

Niiiiice ! Since I only collect winter versions, I'd not paid attention to the Normandy versions-sweet.

Dear Collectors Showcase,

Just got my Panzer IV Normandy,no zim.,with the 2 tank riders from Tim at Troops of Time.It is all outstanding.I have the Normandy Panther so I had an idea that the tank would be good. But the figures are much improved.Keep up the sculptor/painter/factory combo that created these 2 guys because they are fantastic.Great realism, great detail almost to the First Legion standard for $20 a man less.Look forward to purchasing more from you.You may have won me over from the competition.

Wayne; Excellent photos of the CS PK IV. The comparison photo with the Figarti PK IV is especially interesting due to the obvious difference in scale! Which PK IV is 1/30 scale?
Based upon the photos in the Size Matters thread I would have to speculate that the CS PK IV is about 1/29 as it is as long as the CS Tiger; which measures as a true 1/30 scale.

I agree. Michael

Did not Brian say that the Tiger 1 was not actually 1/30th scale so, using the Tiger as scale comparisons will not help. Have not checked the threads but, I am sure this was said. Apologies if It was not

I remember this being said, also. If I remember correctly, CS then changed to a true 1/30 AFTER their Tiger was released. -- Al

Lancer...

Cheers for that had forgotten that bit. which, would answer why the Panzer IV is the size it is as it was a big tank anyway.

The CS PK IV is larger than the Figarti PK IV per the side by side photos. One of the two is not 1/30 scale. The CS Tiger I and the King & Country Tunesian, Kursk, and Neowinter Tiger I are the same physical size; which measures out as 1/30. A life size Tiger I is 3730 mm wide; which is 124mm at 1/30 scale. The K&C Kursk Tiger I mesasures 120mm wide. The CS Tiger I measures 122 mm wide. Both are 1/30 scale within reasonable tollerance.
