I figured I'd get a little jump on the TSSD Custer set. All I have are one set of Indians and the last ACW set, but it's a start. It will be interesting to see the whole set when it is available. The Custer theme is a great theme for my diorama drape.

Don't forget, if you plan on doing any painting of figures, there's also the Britains Super Deetail "Wild West 7th Cavalry Foot" and "Wild West 7th Cavalry Mounted" figures that aren't bad!

The only problem ,to be historically accurate for Bighorn battle, one has to get rid of the sabers:(Michael

1) Nice scene. Kind of looks like parts of Montana.

2) I hadn't looked at the Deetail cavalry figures. How do they compare in size with the TSSD figures?

Guys

Are you sure we're allowed to talk about this battle? :)

Joe looking good-although not being a plastics man I am being drawn toward this series-would need a lot of conversions but no doubt easier carving up plastic than it is metal.

Have always wanted to build a Custer's Last Stand dio

If you do the Reb version of a Custerama, we will come..Michael

I tried out my new camera on the TSSD guys. I threw my Diorama Drape over a bunch of games and books on the dining room table, added a few scenic touches, and here's what I got.

You should see the terrain piece that was done by a certain member of this forum. It can be viewed at:

Also, present are some of the Indians both foot and mounted and you can see the contents of the set.

Joe - Incredible - your drape is really something - brings everything vibrantly to life. Thanks for sharing your wonderful work:).

I've been playing with the TSSD Custer set today. I only used about half of the cavalry figures due to space. Also I didn't use the terrain piece.

Nice scene! Whether it's accurate or not it sure gives an impression. These are cool figures.
